Construction Industry
OPUS GLOBAL Plc. considers its construction industry segment to be of key importance, representing 43% of the consolidated revenue and nearly one-fifth of the balance sheet of OPUS Group.

Zoltán Susán was born in 1977 in Salgótarján. He is married with one child. He graduated as a civil engineer in 1998 from the Eötvös József College in Baja, majoring in water supply and sewerage.
He started his professional career in 1999 as a construction manager at Kép-Com Kft. After three years, he changed to a technical preparatory position for one year and then returned to the position of site manager, but this time at Vidra Építőipari Kft.
He joined Mészáros és Mészáros Kft. in 2012, his first position being a project manager. Thanks to his successful work, he was appointed General Technical Director in 2017. He spent seven years with the company as a director, becoming CEO in the summer of 2024.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of OPUS GLOBAL Nyrt. since 4 September 2024.
Mészáros és Mészáros Ltd.
OPUS GLOBAL Plc. holds a 51% stake in Mészáros és Mészáros Ltd., which primarily engages in construction projects related to bridges, roads, utilities, water infrastructure, and engineering facilities in the fields of environmental protection and nuclear energy.
Utility construction is one of the cornerstones of Mészáros és Mészáros Ltd.’s operations, including projects such as wastewater infrastructure, water treatment plants, water utilities and gas supply networks. Its traditional civil and water engineering activities include flood protection embankments, flood resilience developments, and river rehabilitation works. Mészáros és Mészáros Ltd. has over 15 years of experience in the construction and reconstruction of roads and railway bridges. In the field of environmental protection, the company possesses extensive expertise in developing complex waste management systems required by EU and national regulations. It modernizes waste management infrastructure and technologies nationwide, in line with the EU’s health and environmental objectives.
The company is also certified and qualified to carry out construction projects in the nuclear energy sector.
R-KORD Ltd.
Az R-KORD Construction Ltd. is 51% owned by OPUS GLOBAL Plc. The company’s main activity is the manufacturing of other electrical equipment, with a particular focus on railway construction, maintenance, design, and licensing of signalling and telecommunication systems, as well as overhead railway lines. The company operates on a project basis, primarily as a general contractor, occasionally involving subcontractors.
RM International Ltd.
RM International Ltd. was established in 2017 as a company formed specifically to carry out a large-scale and complex project, with equal (50-50%) ownership by the legal predecessor of Mészáros és Mészáros Ltd and R-KORD Construction Ltd. The main activity of the company – under an international contract – is the reconstruction, development, and execution of the Hungarian section of the Budapest-Belgrade railway line (Soroksár – Kelebia section).
