Tourism
The indirectly and majority-owned HUNGUEST Hotels Private Limited Company and respectively its subsidiary companies, namely the Balatontourist group are the members of OPUS GLOBAL Plc. tourist division.
Agriculture and food industry
In 2018, the Board of Directors of OPUS GLOBAL Plc. decided on portfolio enlargement, by which OPUS Group was supplemented with companies of significant potential. The Corporate Group was enlarged with two food industry companies utilizing agricultural inputs.
Industrial production
OPUS GLOBAL Plc. considers that construction and heavy industry enterprises are prominent actors of the Industrial production segment in relation to its portfolio, of which consolidated Balance sheet total of the Group was 32% in 2019.
Asset management
OPUS GLOBAL Plc. has direct and indirect minority interest in significant companies. The hereof interests are managed in the Asset Management segment of the company. The Company defined its portfolio and prepared the merger of KONZUM Plc., which was performed as of 31 June 2019, upon a conscious and consistent strategy.
Energetics
The Energetics segment of OPUS GLOBAL Plc. is under a significant transformation, by which the centre of gravity is shifted in the industry. Our strategic goal is to make our Company a key player in the domestic energy market in the long run and herewith to contribute to the long-term and stable profitability.
